About Us

Quore di Cibolab is the new Food Lab in Ancona.

Founded in the summer of 2022, by people with 30 years of experience in the gastronomy and catering industry, we now cater both to other companies through our B2B branch and to the final consumer in our premises at Via Sacripanti 26, Ancona.

Our mission is to produce wholesome, healthy and nutritious food, enhancing the territory, rewarding the safety of work processes, using qualified personnel and innovative technologies, and guaranteeing a short production chain that conforms to certified procedures.

The Laboratory produces daily quality gastronomy, semi-processed foods, fresh pasta, breads and desserts.

We provide products and services for B2B and Catering & Banqueting, small and large scale and for fairs, conferences, business meetings, yacht catering and special events. We provide food for other restaurants, retail stores, homes for the elderly and kindergartens. We provide food for restaurants, retail stores, nursing homes and kindergartens.

We have direct contact with the public through the sale of our products directly from the Lab to the Shop Quore, our Neighborhood Store and through our APP.

Our RistoQuore, prepares quality food for your quick lunch of the day. And for the evening, you can book your catering in our multi-purpose room for your special event, graduation or birthday party.

Collaborations & Partnerships

Cibolab is proud to collaborate with the Department of Agricultural Food and Environmental Sciences – UNIVPM with a convention agreement that provides for the hosting and training of trainees.

In addition, and with reference to the figure of Prof. Bruno Mezzetti, an Exchange and Research project has been launched with funds from the Marche Region entitled “Utilization and enhancement of Marche olive germplasm through identification and inclusion of monovarietal oils and stuffed ascolane olives with innovative processes in the menus of Quore – Food Laboratory.”


Cibolab is a member of CNA (Confederazione Nazionale dell’Artigianato e della Piccola e Media Impresa) of Ancona.
